COSMIC MESSAGE
That strange light down the road is zodiacal light, dust orbiting the Sun. This band of sun-reflecting dust appears prominently just after sunset or before sunrise. The dust originates mostly from faint Jupiter-family comets. It slowly spirals into the Sun, creating this glowing band in the sky.
