The Tadpole Galaxy, Arp 188, has a tail about 280,000 light-years long, featuring bright blue star clusters. This long tail is thought to be the result of a close encounter with another galaxy. The Hubble Legacy Archive provided the data for this image. It is about 420 million light-years away in the constellation Draco.
