The Last Moon Shot Credit:

In 1865, Jules Verne envisioned a space capsule shot to the Moon from Florida in "From the Earth to the Moon." Over a century later, NASA's Saturn V rocket, guided by Wernher Von Braun's vision, launched nine Apollo lunar missions from Florida. This rocket made Verne's science fiction a reality, carrying three adventurers to the Moon.
