The Leonid Meteor Shower

The Leonid Meteor Shower peaks this Monday morning. Look toward Leo, the shower's radiant point, which will be high above the eastern horizon for observers in Western North America and the Pacific. While the Moon will be bright, this year's Leonids could be particularly exciting. Many anticipate a legendary Leonid storm of activity sometime in the next few years.
