Saturn's Rings from the Other Side

Saturn's rings appear differently when viewed from the 'other side', with the Sun behind the camera but across the ring plane. The Cassini spacecraft, orbiting Saturn, captured this unique perspective in April. This vantage point, 17 degrees above the ring plane, reveals details not visible from Earth. It offers an unusual look at the solar system's most extensive ring system.
