MENSAJE CÓSMICO

The constellation Auriga, the Charioteer, is rich in star clusters and nebulae. This deep mosaic view captures some of its popular sights, spanning nearly 12 degrees of the sky. The crowded field sweeps along the plane of our Milky Way galaxy, away from the galactic center. This region is a popular target for telescopes in the northern hemisphere.
