Kepler-16b is a planet that orbits two stars, a circumbinary world about 200 light-years away. The Kepler telescope discovered it by observing the slight dimming of starlight as the planet passed in front of its parent stars. This gas giant, roughly the size of Saturn, experiences two sunsets and two sunrises, a unique dance in its binary system.
