100 Steps Forward
This nightscape captures a beautiful conjunction of Venus and the Moon, human footsteps, sand, and the Milky Way. It is a panorama of six photos taken near the end of a journey in Peru's southwestern desert. The wind-rippled dunes with footsteps lead to the Huacachina oasis. This image provides an engaging perspective on the world at night.
