COSMIC MESSAGE
This map of the entire sky was made by combining data from three radio observatories: Jodrell Bank, MPIfR, and Parkes Observatory. It shows the radio sky at 408 MHz, a frequency where high-energy electrons spiraling along magnetic fields create cosmic radio waves. This frequency sits between US broadcast television channels 13 and 14.
