NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE
Radio astronomers are exploring the complex and mysterious center of our Milky Way galaxy. This high-resolution image covers a four-by-four-degree region around the galactic center. It was created from one-meter wavelength radio data collected by the Very Large Array in New Mexico. The galactic center is at the edge of the bright object labeled Sagittarius A, which is suspected of harboring a supermassive black hole.
