The Planet, the White Dwarf, and the Neutron Star
NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE
In the globular cluster M4, 5,600 light years away, a planet, a white dwarf, and a neutron star orbit each other. The Hubble Space Telescope captured the white dwarf, the most visible member of the trio. The neutron star is detected as a pulsar, and analysis of Hubble data confirmed the planet, which has about 2.5 times the mass of Earth.
