This wild-looking picture of Comet 81P/Wild 2 shows dynamic jets of gas and dust surrounding its nucleus. The Stardust spacecraft's navigation camera took this composite of two images during its January 2, 2004, flyby. One exposure captured surface details, and a longer one revealed the surrounding coma.
