Star trails arc across the sky above Ojos del Salado, a stratovolcano in the Andes mountains. This hour-long exposure, taken at an altitude of over 19,000 feet, shows the stars pivoting around the South Celestial Pole. Ojos del Salado is the highest active volcano on Earth, topping out at over 22,000 feet.
