COSMIC MESSAGE
Almost two weeks ago, Mercury crossed the face of the Sun for the second time in the 21st century. This stereo anaglyph combines space-based images of the Sun and Mercury to create a 3D view. The solar disk image was captured by Hinode, a sun-staring observatory launched to study the Sun.
