Planets over Pony Express Lake

COSMIC MESSAGE

At twilight, the sky over Pony Express Lake in Missouri reflects the setting sun. A two-day-old crescent Moon and Venus shine through thin clouds. Saturn joins the conjunction, with Regulus, the brightest star in Leo, above and to the right of Venus. The almost-calm lake waters mirror the moonlight and Venus light.
