Westerlund 2 is a young star cluster and star-forming region in Carina, about 20,000 light-years away. This image, taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, shows a dense concentration of luminous, massive stars. Their strong winds and radiation have sculpted the surrounding gas and dust.
