COSMIC MESSAGE

Alnitak, Alnilam, and Mintaka are the bright blue stars forming Orion's Belt. These three blue supergiants are hotter and more massive than the Sun. They are between 800 and 1,500 light-years away, born from Orion's interstellar clouds. Nearby clouds include the Horsehead and Flame Nebulae.
