Orbits of Potentially Hazardous Asteroids
Asteroids are dangerous, but the chance of one hitting Earth in any given year is low. This map shows the orbits of over 1,000 potentially hazardous asteroids. These are space rocks over 140 meters across, and they will come within 0.05 astronomical units of Earth. We track them carefully.
