This grouping of galaxies is called Wild's Triplet, or Arp 248. The two brightest galaxies, at the top and bottom of the image, are gravitationally interacting. The spiral galaxy in the middle is a more distant background object, not part of the interaction. The Hubble Space Telescope captured this view of the triplet.
