“M1: The Expanding Crab Nebula” is copyrighted by Detlef Hartmann. NASA has permission to show it and we don't, so it isn't on this card.
See it on NASA's siteThe Crab Nebula, M1, is an expanding cloud of debris from a supernova explosion. Chinese astronomers witnessed its violent birth in 1054. Today, it is roughly 10 light years across and still expanding at over 1,000 kilometers per second. Its expansion can be seen in images taken over time.
