This image of the Spanish Dancer galaxy, NGC 1566, combines data from two different telescopes. The upper left shows the galaxy in ultraviolet light from the Hubble Space Telescope, highlighting bright blue stars and dark dust lanes. The lower right shows the same galaxy in infrared light from the James Webb Space Telescope, revealing the glow of dust and gas. NGC 1566 is a typical and photogenic spiral galaxy.
