COSMIC MESSAGE

These galaxies in Pegasus, about 200 million light-years away, are caught in a slow gravitational dance. The large, edge-on spiral NGC 7771 is interacting with its two smaller companions. This will eventually lead to a merger, transforming them over cosmic timescales. The image also captures the faint glow of interstellar dust in our own galaxy, known as the Integrated Flux Nebula.
