Hubble's Constant and The Expanding Universe (I)

NASA APOD
MENSAJE CÓSMICO

The Universe is expanding, with distant galaxies receding at increasing speeds. Astronomers use the Hubble Space Telescope to measure this expansion rate, known as the Hubble constant. Two teams of astronomers have recently announced conflicting measurements for this fundamental number, which helps determine the age and ultimate fate of the Universe.
