Full Moon and Boston Light

This well-planned telephoto time-lapse captures July's Full Moon rising across outer Boston Harbor, Massachusetts. In the foreground is the historic Boston Light. The July Full Moon is sometimes called a Thunder Moon, referencing the stormy weather of northern summer. The eastern sky was clear for this video sequence, allowing a clear view of the Moon's orange hue near the horizon.
