Rotating Moon from LRO

No one sees the Moon rotate like this in real time, because it's tidally locked to Earth, always showing us the same side. This video was created from many detailed images from the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO). It starts with the familiar Earth-facing view and then virtually rotates the Moon, revealing features like the Mare Orientale.
