COSMIC MESSAGE
Comet Hale-Bopp, fading from view in the Northern Skies, was photographed above Yellowstone National Park's Old Faithful geyser. This famous geyser erupts reliably every 60 to 80 minutes, shooting hot water and steam into the air. It is a familiar terrestrial phenomenon, unlike the geysers on distant moons.
