COSMIC MESSAGE
Eta Carinae, a dying star, is violently shedding dust and gas, forming the Keyhole Nebula. This star is many times more massive than our Sun and is expected to eventually explode as a supernova. Recent observations by the Rossi X-Ray Timing Explorer confirmed X-ray emissions from Eta Carinae, indicating its extreme activity.
