Uranus is the third largest planet in our solar system, after Jupiter and Saturn. It has a thick hydrogen and helium atmosphere, and its rotation axis is greatly tilted, sometimes pointing near the Sun. The Voyager 2 spacecraft took this picture in 1986 during its flyby, the only mission to visit Uranus.
