Black Holes in Galactic Centers
NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE
Most large galaxies, and possibly all of them, seem to have a black hole at their centers. Astronomers using the Hubble Space Telescope have found that stars near the centers of galaxies move faster and faster the closer they get to the middle. This suggests a central object with millions of times the Sun's mass.
