Saturn's Moon Rhea from Cassini
NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE
Rhea, Saturn's second largest moon, shows unusual light-colored streaks or "wisps." Higher resolution images of similar features on Dione suggest these might be long, braided fractures. Rhea is mostly water ice with a small rocky core. Like Earth's Moon, Rhea's rotation and orbit are locked, so one side always faces Saturn.
