This illustration shows the Huygens probe on the surface of Titan, Saturn's enigmatic moon. One year before this image was made, Huygens landed and sent back the first images from beneath Titan's thick clouds. The car-sized lander, seen in the foreground, transmitted data for over 90 minutes.
