Rotating Titan in Infrared Light

NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE

Titan, Saturn's largest moon, is unique in our Solar System for having thick clouds. The Cassini spacecraft, orbiting Saturn, has used infrared light to pierce these clouds several times. These images show evidence of evaporating lakes created by methane rain. Like Earth's Moon, Titan always shows the same face toward its central planet.
