The Great Basin on Tethys

NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE

Tethys, one of Saturn's larger moons at about 1000 kilometers in diameter, survived a massive collision. It now sports the expansive impact crater Odysseus, sometimes called the Great Basin. Odysseus is on Tethys's leading hemisphere, and its age is shown by the number of smaller craters inside its walls. The density of Tethys is similar to water-ice.
