Unexpected Comet Pojmanski Now Visible

COSMIC MESSAGE
Comet Pojmanski, C/2006 A1, brightened unexpectedly and became visible to the unaided eye. Discovered in January, it showed a turquoise ion tail several times longer than the full moon. This tail is formed by ionized gas streaming away from the comet.
