COSMIC MESSAGE
This is a fogbow, a white arch of light over the water. It is like a rainbow, but the water droplets in the fog are so small they scatter light differently, washing out the colors. The fog itself is mostly transparent, but the bow shape appears where the drops best divert sunlight to an observer.
