COSMIC MESSAGE

Messier 88 is a spiral galaxy, full of stars, gas, and dust, much like our own Milky Way. It is one of the brightest galaxies in the Virgo Galaxy Cluster, about 50 million light-years away. Its beautiful spiral arms are lined with young blue star clusters and pink star-forming regions.
