COSMIC MESSAGE
The constellation Sagittarius hosts three bright nebulae often seen in telescopic tours. M8, the Lagoon Nebula, is a large nebula to the left. M20, the Trifid Nebula, is on the right. NGC 6559 is above M8, separated by a dark dust lane. All three are stellar nurseries, about five thousand light-years away in the central Milky Way.
