COSMIC MESSAGE
IC 342 is a spiral galaxy similar in size to our Milky Way, located about 10 million light-years away in the constellation Camelopardalis. It is largely hidden from view by the dust and gas in our own galaxy's plane. Despite this obscuration, deep telescopic images reveal its sprawling structure.
