COSMIC MESSAGE
The Trifid Nebula, also known as M20, is a region of star formation about 5,000 light-years away in Sagittarius. It shows three types of nebulae: red emission nebulae from glowing hydrogen, blue reflection nebulae where dust reflects starlight, and dark nebulae where dense dust clouds block light. This celestial landmark is a laboratory for studying star birth.
