COSMIC MESSAGE

This image captures three analemma curves, showing the Sun's yearly path through Earth's sky. Each analemma was created by making three one-minute exposures daily for a year, from March 1, 2013, to March 1, 2014, using a cylindrical pinhole camera. Today is the equinox, when the Sun crosses the celestial equator heading north, marking the first day of spring in the northern hemisphere.
