Giant Cluster Bends, Breaks Images

Many of the bright blue objects in this image are multiple images of a single, unusual, beaded, blue, ring-like galaxy. This galaxy happens to be positioned directly behind a giant cluster of galaxies. The cluster galaxies, which typically appear yellow, along with the cluster's dark matter, act as a gravitational lens, bending and breaking the light from the background galaxy.
