COSMIC MESSAGE

This high-resolution image was taken by the Rosetta spacecraft during its final descent to Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. The scene spans over 600 meters, captured when Rosetta was about 16 kilometers from the comet's surface. Rosetta's mission ended with its controlled impact on September 30, 2016.
