Ghost Aurora over Canada

While watching the skies above northern Canada in 2013, an unusual aurora appeared. It seemed to take the shape of a ghost or a goddess of dawn. Regardless of interpretation, the aurora had a typical green color, created by oxygen atoms in Earth's atmosphere.
