COSMIC MESSAGE
Comet NEOWISE appeared in the northern sky in July 2020, visible to the naked eye. This image captures it above the Vikos Gorge in Greece, with the bright stars of the Big Dipper also visible. The comet was a transient visitor, sweeping through our solar system before heading back to the outer reaches.
