COSMIC MESSAGE

Messier 63, also known as the Sunflower Galaxy, is a bright spiral galaxy about 30 million light-years distant in the constellation Canes Venatici. It is nearly 100,000 light-years across, similar in size to our Milky Way. This exceptionally deep exposure reveals faint, arcing star streams extending far into the galaxy's halo.
