In 2015, the New Horizons spacecraft zipped past Pluto and Charon, its largest moon, capturing images. These images allowed for a digital reconstruction of much of Charon's surface. This reconstruction enables virtual flights over Charon, like the one shown, with enhanced vertical heights and colors.
