This interstellar field in Cepheus features faint, starlight-reflecting clouds, including the Ghost Nebula. These ghostly apparitions are part of the Cepheus Flare molecular cloud complex, about 1,200 light-years away. VdB 141, the brightest of these, is over two light-years across.
