We always see the same nearside of the Moon from Earth, but the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter has mapped the farside. This sharp mosaic, centered on the farside, combines over 15,000 images. It reveals features at a scale of 100 meters per pixel, showing a different lunar landscape.
