A Solstice Sun Tattoo
The word solstice comes from Latin, meaning the Sun pauses or stands still. Around the solstice, the Sun's annual north-south drift in the sky slows down and reverses. Near the December solstice, the Sun's consistent, low arc across northern hemisphere skies has left an imprint on this path to the barn.
