Cyclone on Mars

NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE

Late last month, the Hubble Space Telescope caught an immense cyclonic storm system near Mars' north pole. The discovery picture shows the storm below and to the left of the Martian north polar cap. The cap itself is shrunken to its midsummer state, clearly smaller than the storm just below it. This cyclone is a dramatic example of weather on other planets.
